⁞ I prohibit the use of my art for NFT'S or AI learning.

⁞ I have the right to reject any order that I do not feel comfortable drawing.

⁞ All drawings will include my watermark that you may not remove it.

⁞ All commissions are Personal Use ONLY.

⁞ Commercial use is discussed and charged extra.

⁞ If you wish your commission to be private an extra fee will be applied. (5$) The work will not be streamed or shared on social media.

⁞ No deadline. It could take 1-2 weeks for me to finish your commission, or more.

⁞ It’s okay to ask about your commission status. If you need a deadline, it’ll be charged extra.

⁞ Submit a clear and detailed commission request with written & image references.

⁞ I will try my best to finish your request roughly 1-2 weeks of receiving payment. In case any delays happen I will let you know ASAP.

⁞ The commissioner will receive updates on the art process (sketch, line art, color).

⁞ Some of the process may be streamed on Twitch (unless privacy fee is paid).

⁞ After the project has been done and delivered, no more revisions can be made.

⁞ You have up to 3 revisions during the sketch phase.

⁞ A fee will be charged if you want something changed on the final drawing (no matter how small or how fast I can change it) - unless, of course, a misunderstanding from my side has been made.

⁞ The main currency will be in USD$ or EURO. All transitions will be made via PayPal.

⁞ Commissions must be paid 100% upfront.

⁞ The buyer is not allowed a refund once I started working on the commission. Please be 100% sure you want to commission me.

If for any reason I am unable to finish your commission you will receive a full refund and the current commission progress will be disposed.

⁞ If you cancel your order before I started it, you will get a full refund.

⁞ If you are getting a refund, do not request a PayPal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.

⁞ Don't send me any payment before I have agreed to give you a slot. If your project is accepted I will let you know.

⁞ I claim all the rights of the commissioned artwork, not the buyer.

⁞ Promote myself with it everywhere

⁞ Display it everywhere to my liking (website, social media, etc.)

⁞ Post it wherever I want. (unless you paid for private art)

⁞ Use the commissioned piece for personal use unless agreed otherwise.

⁞ Print the artwork and claim the character(s) as their own, but not the artwork itself.

⁞ Use the artwork to promote themselves.

⁞ Reproducing / using the copyrighted artwork commercially; means making profit off it in any way without the license.

⁞ Claiming the artwork as your own.

⁞ Removing my signature from the artwork.

⁞ Altering / editing the artwork without my consent.
